The branch was officially opened by DC Naivasha Mr. Mohamed H. Abass. Present were over 300 clients and KWFT staff led by GM Rift Valley Zone Ms. Sylvia Rotich. The Naivasha branch will serve clients from Naivasha and its environs, Njambini, and Engineer. » Opening of KWFT Kariobangi Deposit Taking Branch, Tuesday 24th July 2012  Tue 24 Jul 12 Venue:  Light Industries Kariobangi North Details: KWFT DTM opened its 21st branch being the 3rd in Nairobi to cater for clients in Nairobi East and its environs. The Branch was officially opened by Kasarani D.O Charles Wabonga. Also present were the GM Central Zone Pearson Njeru, the Kariobangi Branch Manager Mary Mwangi, Regional Managers Nairobi Central and Nairobi East John Kamundia and Simon Chege respectively. » Opening of KWFT Voi Deposit Taking Branch, 20th July 2012  Fri 20 Jul 12 Venue:  Maghonyi Plaza Behind Voi Bus Park Details: The Voi Branch which is located at Maghonyi Plaza caters for over 10,000 clients from Wundanyi, Mwatate and parts of Mariakani. The branch opening that was attended by KWFT clients was officially opened by the D.O Voi Mr. George Matundura. Also present was the coast Regional Manager Mr. Erick Mpangua and Voi Branch Manager Ben Muisyo. » Kitale Trade Fair 15th June 2012  Fri 15 Jun 12 Venue:  Kenyatta Stadium Kitale Town Details: Kitale Trade Fair is an annual event organized by Kenya Livestock Producers Association in various regions. The Event attracted more than 3000 participants and 60 institutions. » Jitihada Competition 25th May 2012  Fri 25 May 12 Venue:  Laico Regency Nairobi Details: KWFT’s client from Western region Lorna Mbayi was among the winners of this year’s Jitihada Competition where KWFT sponsored the women entrepreneur category. Other winners of the competition were awarded cash prices across the regions.
